"It has always been our dream to own a restaurant, we are both so passionate about food."
The name Marcella comes from Melissa's Maltese Grandparents, they couldn't pronounce "Melissa" hence the nickname "Marcella" which is now part of our restaurant name.
Clayton grew up with a fisherman family and Melissa grew up with a meat farming family. Food represents - Family, good times, passion and love.

We have NVQ LV3 in Food and Beverage and it is very important to us to keep a clean kitchen. We have a 5 star Health Rating on the door.
We traveled around the world as chefs and picked up some amazing techniques in how to produce the most gorgeous mouthwatering gourmet dishes.
Our aim is to provide genuinely authentic healthy cuisine at very reasonable prices.
We source produce from local suppliers and have fresh ingredients delivered daily especially the seafood, making our ingredients the freshest in Medway!
